Using this online system, Renfrew Hydro customers will be able to access their accounts in a true 24x7 environment with the option of 2-way communication with our offices.

Some highlights of the e-Care system include:

• look-up and print current or historic bills
• view energy consumption - updated nightly with Smart Meters
• enter move in / move out requests
• check your payment history and
• enter meter reading data

e-Care is just one more way that Renfrew Hydro is using technology to bring more value to it's customers.
