2020 ESA Survey
Renfrew Hydro Inc. wants you to know that we are conducting an Electrical Safety Awareness Survey starting in January 2020. You may receive a call from a company called ADVANIS on behalf of Renfrew Hydro Inc. This survey is important to ensure we are providing appropriate safety messaging to our customers. We encourage you to participate and share your thoughts. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care department at 613-432-4884.
The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) has approved the Incentive Rate-Setting Mechanism (IRM) application filed by Renfrew Hydro Inc. for new Electricity Distribution Rates effective January 01, 2020. As a result of this decision, a typical customer of Renfrew Hydro consuming 750 kWh per month, would see their monthly bill increase $2.34 before taxes.

If you are moving to another address within Renfrew Hydro's service area, you will be required to sign a new Contract for Service and could have to pay a deposit. You must come into the office with appropriate I.D.
