By submitting this Landlord Continuous Service Agreement Cancellation Request (this “Agreement”), the property owner (“Landlord”) of the property/properties referred to herein (the “Premises”) represents and agrees to:
Not become the interim account holder and declines continued electricity service to the Premises as of such time as the tenant closes their electricity account. I understand and agree that electricity service to the Premises will be disconnected upon the account termination date as notified by the tenant and until such time as a new tenant or other person establishes an account with Renfrew Hydro Inc. ("Renfrew Hydro") for the Premises.
Not hold Renfrew Hydro responsible for any loss or damage occasioned by the connection or disconnection of service to the Premises, as set out in Renfrew Hydro's Conditions of Service, as may be amended from time to time.
Inform the new account holder that reconnection charges, new account charges, and related charges will apply, where applicable.
