Renfrew Hydro offers a variety of methods for bill payment.

 

Drop Box

A drop-box at the main entrance of B-499 O'Brien Rd is available for cash, cheque or money order.
 

By Credit Card

Credit card payments are not accepted at the office; however, you can use Paymentus for MasterCard and Visa payments by calling the toll free number 1-877-506-2987 or visiting their website by clicking here.  Please note a service charge will apply.  Renfrew Hydro does not retain any portion of the service fee charged, and any transaction fees associated with the use of this service will be billed to the card holder. 

 

By Mail

Please return the top portion of your bill, with your payment and include your electrical account number on your cheque or money order which can be mailed to:

Pre-Authorized Payment Plan

This will allow bill payments to be automatically deducted from your bank account, either on the 5th of the month, the 25th of the month or on each due date.  With the pre-authorized payment plan, you will save time and never have to worry about your bill not being paid on time.

Through Your Financial Institution (in person or online)

Your bill may be paid at your local bank or trust company during regular business hours.  As well, most financial institutions have online banking where you can set up Renfrew Hydro Inc. as a Payee.  TeleBanking is also available through most banks and trust companies, allowing you to pay your bill simply using your touch tone phone.
