March 24, 2020 - COVID-19: Time-of-Use Rates Suspended for 45 Days
The Government of Ontario is providing temporary 45-day emergency relief to support Ontarians
impacted by the global COVID-19 outbreak. As of Tuesday, March 24, 2020 households, farms and
small businesses who pay time-of-use rates will be charged off-peak 24 hours, seven days a week. Click here for news release. For additional information please click here.

November 9, 2018 - Halton Hills Hydro Customers Targeted by Rebate Scam
According to a recent news release, Halton Hills Hydro has had a number of reports from
customers being targeted by a new type of scam. Customers receive a phone call from
someone stating they are from the "Ontario Rebate and Reward Association."
If you have any questions about your account, please call the office at 613-432-4884.
If you receive a fraudulent phone call or text, you can report the scam to the police or to the
Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501 or firstname.lastname@example.org.

June 28, 2018 - A Year of Responsible Progress for Renfrew Hydro 2017
A combination of strategic planning, a successful rate application to the Ontario Energy Board
(OEB), business cost reductions, leadership at the Board, and dedicated staff produced
achievements in health and safety, customer service, operations, and finance in 2017. Highlights
of 2017 and a snapshot of 2018 objectives were presented at the recent annual general meeting
of Renfrew Hydro Inc. by Bill Nippard, President.
